For most defects noted on my inspection report I don’t need to refer you to another expert; I am the expert. My professional experiences as a State Licensed Builder, Plumber and Electrician well qualify me to not only identify important issues, but also provide a well-articulated explanation along with a recommended course of action.
As a highly skilled oral communicator I pride myself on being able to verbally deliver a thorough, easy to understand explanation of my findings in terms that are neither threatening nor alarming. I try to empower my clients with knowledge while at the same time putting them at ease by not making a big deal over common, easily corrected issues.
I am able to provide estimated costs to go along with my recommended courses of action. Although I am ethically unable to complete any remediation work on a property I have inspected within a 12 month period, as an active state-licensed General Contractor I am qualified to provide you with objective and accurate cost estimates which you will find invaluable to your decision making process.
I create my reports using the latest in modern report writing software. My custom, colorful easy to read reports are digital and printable. They start with a prioritized summary so you have a well-organized and easily referenced ‘punch list” of items to address. I use a lot of pictures and diagrams to provide a clear explanation of any issues. When viewed on a computer the report is interactive with helpful links and tab to tab navigation similar to that of a website.
